The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right away. We got two double rooms, which we were able to join by a door, making it a family room for us. This was perfect for our weekend getaway. the hotel was in a great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants.
We had a bit of an issue at checkout when an employee forgot to give us our passports. We had to drive quite a distance back to the hotel to retrieve them, which ended up costing us time and money.

The hotel offers a great price and its employees are friendly and helpful. the location is ideal, with easy access to the main roads. the option to join two double rooms with a door makes it a great choice for families. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-equipped bathrooms. the breakfast is satisfactory with a variety of options to choose from.
There was an issue with the checkout process where our passports were forgotten, which caused us some inconvenience.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the friendly staff at this hotel. the joining double rooms were convenient for our family group. the price was reasonable for the value offered. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.
We experienced a significant inconvenience during our checkout. the employee forgot to give us our passports back, which meant we had to travel back to the hotel - a journey of approximately 60km.

We had a great stay at this hotel with friendly employees and good price. Two double rooms could be joined together by a door to form a family room, making it convenient for our family. Additionally, the hotel had clean facilities and sufficient parking. The staff was also great and provided us with transportation information to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.
Everything is what we need and want.
